Setup & use
How long does setup take?+
Under 5 minutes. Plug it in, join your wifi, add your staff names and photos. That's it.
Can I use my own tablet?+
The app runs on most modern Android tablets — email us and we'll help. But the whole point of Clock In Now is you don't have to think about it.
Does it need internet?+
It works offline and syncs when it reconnects. You'll never lose a clock-in because your wifi dropped.
Payroll & data
How does the data get to payroll?+
CSV export in the format Xero, MYOB and Deputy expect. The export is an easy to read, accurate spreadsheet that takes a couple of minutes to input into your accounting software.
Where is my data stored?+
On the tablet. If you want cloud backup, you can enable it in settings — free, no account required.
